Italian Rental Income Tax Guidance
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I own a small holiday home in Italy that I rent through Booking.com while living and working in the UK. The platform already reports the earnings to the Italian tax authorities, so the numbers are clear; what I need now is a straightforward walk-through of how to place that income correctly in the Italian return.
I have a SPID, full access to the Agenzia delle Entrate portal, and I’ve filed Italian returns before, yet reporting rental income still feels uncertain. Your job is to sit with me (video call is fine) and show, step by step, where each figure goes, which regime or section is most appropriate for this short-term let, and what supporting documents I should keep. By the end I want to be confident enough to repeat the process solo next year.
Deliverables
• Live, screen-shared session (60–90 min) covering the entire online return
• Concise written recap outlining the key steps, forms and rates discussed
• Answers to any follow-up questions I send within a week of the session
If you regularly deal with rental income returns in Italy and can explain things clearly in English, I’ll be happy to book a time that suits us both.
