Hiring: CA / Tax Professional – Long-Term GST, ITR & Compliance Partner

**Who We Are:**
A startup with multiple organizations is looking for a trusted compliance partner for the long haul—this is not a one-time project. We envision this as a 10–15-year working relationship.

**What You'll Handle:**
• GST Registration & setup for new entities
• Monthly/Quarterly GST Return Filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual GSTR-9)
• GST management, reconciliation, and notices (if any)
• Income Tax Return filing (for business entities + directors/partners as needed)
• General company compliance support (TDS, ROC, etc.)

**Engagement Model:**
We prefer a **task-based or fixed monthly retainer** model with clearly defined deliverables and pricing upfront. No hidden charges. Budget is a key consideration—we are a startup.

**Ideal Candidate:**
• CA / semi-qualified CA / experienced GST practitioner
• Handled 5+ clients with multi-entity compliance
• Familiar with GST portal, income tax e-filing, and modern accounting tools
• Reliable, deadline-driven, and easy to communicate with
