French SASU Tax Filing & Review
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I run a single-shareholder SASU that has just completed its Third financial year in the red. I now need a French Tax Accountant who can both file the full liasse fiscale and analyse six key operations (sales and purchases) to be sure the loss is declared accurately.
Scope
• Prepare statutory accounts and all relevant returns (IS, TVA, CVAE, etc.) for a loss-making year.
• Examine six transactions—sales and purchase entries only—verifying figures against the invoices and matching bank statements I will supply.
• Flag any compliance gaps and advise on correcting journal entries before submission.
• Submit the return through the official portals and provide me with stamped copies and the FEC file once accepted by the administration.
Acceptance criteria
1. Tax return acknowledged by the Service des Impôts des Entreprises without amendments.
2. Reconciled transaction report showing how each of the six entries ties back to the loss figure.
3. Delivery of all working papers and filing receipts in PDF.
Everything is already organised in a simple Excel ledger, so this should be a focused engagement for someone familiar with French GAAP and the electronic filing tools (EDI-TDFC, Télé-TVA, etc.). Looking forward to getting this wrapped up quickly and cleanly.
