File Dissolved Company Micro Accounts

I need the micro-entity accounts for my limited company prepared and submitted for the two final periods ending 31 July 2024 and 31 July 2025. The company was formally dissolved in September 2025, so this is essentially a wrap-up exercise to keep HMRC and Companies House fully compliant.

What I can give you: bank statements for both years, plus the micro accounts that were previously filed. Because illness kept me away from the business there were very few transactions and the company ran at a loss, so the bookkeeping element should be straightforward. No invoices or separate expense records exist beyond what you will see on the statements.

I need both submissions completed—CT600 with iXBRL tagging to HMRC and the corresponding micro-entity accounts to Companies House—and returned with proof of acceptance.
