We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to assist with statutory compliance for our company.

The scope of work includes:

Preparation and finalization of Audit Report
Filing of Form ADT-1 with ROC
Ensuring all compliance requirements under the Companies Act, 2013 are met
Providing guidance on any additional documentation required
Requirements
Must be a certified Chartered Accountant (India)
Experience with MCA filings and ROC compliance
Prior experience in filing ADT-1 is preferred
Ability to complete the work within the deadline
