UK Accountant Needed to Prepare and File First Company Accounts
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I am looking for a registered UK accountant to prepare my company’s first annual accounts and submit them to HMRC and Companies House. My company is a SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) for property purchase.
The accountant should also calculate how much Corporation Tax is due and provide basic tax advice relating to the filing.
All financial information is already well organised in Excel, and there are fewer than 60 bank transactions in total, so this should be a straightforward job for someone experienced with UK company accounts.
Requirements:
- Must be a registered accountant in the UK
- Experience preparing and filing UK limited company accounts
- Ability to file with both HMRC and Companies House
- Ability to calculate Corporation Tax
- Able to provide tax advice where required
- Must be available to complete the work as soon as possible
