Weekly Accounting & Tax Oversight

Our books need hands-on attention every week so that management can see reliable numbers, stay ahead of the tax curve and keep each project on budget. The role covers three core areas:

• Tax preparation – with an emphasis on forward-looking strategy and planning. I rely on clear, actionable advice to minimise liability, plus timely responses should any notices or audit queries arrive.
• Budgeting – weekly tracking against project budgets and an eye on cash flow to flag overruns before they happen.
• Financial planning – specifically debt management; guidance on restructuring or refinancing existing facilities to improve our cost of capital.

Source documents, bank feeds and past filings are available in the current cloud accounting suite, and I’m happy to grant remote access. A concise end-of-week summary (P&L, cash position, variance commentary) will be the key deliverable, alongside quarterly tax strategy updates and any ad-hoc audit correspondence as it arises.

Consistency and clarity matter more than speed, so please be comfortable committing to a fixed weekly time slot.
