UK Startup Xero Accounting Help

I have just started a small UK-based sole-trader business consultancy venture turning over under the VAT registration limit and everything already lives in Xero. I’m looking for a Xero-certified accountant who can step straight into my existing set-up and keep me fully compliant while squeezing every legitimate allowance to keep my tax bill down.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Ongoing bookkeeping that focuses on two key areas: reconciling the bank feed and keeping my sales and expense invoices in perfect order inside Xero.
• Timely annual tax filing—self-assessment and any other statutory submissions—prepared directly from the Xero data.
• A concise, insight-driven financial report every quarter so I always know where I am.
