QuickBooks Year-End & TurboTax Filing
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I run a small partnership and keep our books in QuickBooks. Before I file the return in TurboTax Business I need a professional to bring the file fully up to date, close the year, and then stay with me through the actual e-filing.
If you do not have the word RACEHORSE capitalized as the first word in your application it will not be considered.
I am ready to work right now, I would like 4-6 hours of one on one work beginning now.
There is one account, a few shareholder contributions, some prize money from horse races. The rest is expenses, and management fees.
I need this finished within 8 hours
Here’s the flow I have in mind:
• Finish any remaining data entry and reconcile every bank, credit-card, and payment processor account so that all balances tie to the December statements.
• Post the necessary tax adjustments and closing entries, locking the year once everything is clean.
• Use QuickBooks’ built-in reports—standard Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet are enough; no custom schedules required—to confirm the final numbers.
• Walk me through the TurboTax import, review the mapped figures, and help me finalize and transmit the federal and state partnership return, including the K-1s.
The file is straightforward with limited transactions, so I expect the whole engagement to move quickly. I’m ready to grant remote access and can answer questions in real time to keep things moving. If this sounds like a smooth fit, let’s set up a kickoff call and tackle the close right away.
