QuickBooks Tax & Bookkeeping Support

I’m looking for a seasoned QuickBooks professional who can handle my full tax preparation while keeping the books accurate and up-to-date throughout the year.

The day-to-day involves data entry and record keeping, running payroll, and monthly reconciliation of all accounts directly in QuickBooks Online. At year-end, I’ll rely on you to assemble the figures, produce the required schedules, and file the return on my behalf—ensuring every allowable deduction is captured and all compliance boxes are ticked.

I’ll grant secure, remote access to QuickBooks, bank feeds, and payroll portals, and supply any source documents you request. Clear, timely communication is essential; I prefer a brief monthly summary of the books and a more detailed report each quarter so there are no surprises when tax season arrives.

Deliverables
• Clean, reconciled QuickBooks file updated weekly
