Project-Based ACCA qualified Accountant
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for a fully ACCA Qualified Accountant to join my growing accountancy business on a project-based payment arrangement. My firm serves a diverse portfolio of SMEs, startups, and individual clients across the UK. The role involves preparing and reviewing statutory accounts in line with UK GAAP, managing VAT returns, and handling corporation and personal tax filings in compliance with HMRC regulations. The accountant will also liaise directly with clients, provide clear financial guidance, maintain accurate bookkeeping records, and ensure full compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements.
I am seeking someone ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with 2–5 years’ experience in an accountancy practice and a solid understanding of UK tax legislation and accounting standards. Proficiency in software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage, along with strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills, is essential. This role offers flexible, project-based payments, the opportunity to contribute to a growing business, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on each client engagement.
