Ongoing Xero or QB Bookkeeping & Tax Prep

My small business runs entirely on Xero or QB , and I’d like to hand the day-to-day bookkeeping over to someone who lives and breathes the platform. Each month I need the general ledger kept spotless and every accounts-payable and accounts-receivable item posted, matched, and reconciled. Bank feeds are already connected, so your job is to stay on top of coding, follow up on any unmatched transactions, and close the month on a consistent timetable.
While the core work is routine bookkeeping, I occasionally ask for a set of management reports or a quick variance explanation. Clear commentary and well-formatted Xero reports are all that’s required—nothing too deep or time-consuming.
When we reach year-end, I’ll rely on you to prepare the full documentation pack for my accountant: trial balance, supporting schedules, and any notes they’ll need to file the return. You won’t be signing the return yourself, just delivering an error-free, neatly organised file that lets tax season run smoothly.
I prefer a predictable fixed monthly price, so let me know your rate along with the typical turnaround time you can guarantee after each month closes.
Deliverables
• Monthly: reconciled Xero ledger, balanced A/P and A/R, and standard financial statements
• Ad-hoc: management reports or brief analysis when requested
