Old and new tax returns

I have tax returns due from 2008 through 2021. I am on Social Security Disability and I think a few of the earlier years I didn’t have to file. I have most info. Maybe missing a 1099 for a year or two. The last 5 years I worked a part time job as well. These should be very simple returns. Wondering what it would cost someone to free file federal and nj and catch me up to date. If I owe any money I will work out something with the IRS. These taxes have been hanging over my head and I’d rather get them in before the IRS contacts me.

I would like to do the returnees 2021, 2020 and 2019 first.

I have no idea what this undertaking would cost. I am assuming that given my income, the filing itself will be free. These should be simple and I have the paperwork mostly prepared in files for each year.
