About the Firm
We are establishing a Wyoming/Any USA State-based CPA firm providing accounting, tax, SOC attestation, bookkeeping, payroll, advisory and assurance-related services to US and international clients.
We are seeking an experienced and trustworthy Wyoming/Any USA State-licensed CPA to join the firm as an equity partner and take responsibility for professional compliance, quality control and CPA-regulated services.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the Wyoming/Any USA State CPA-firm registration and annual renewal process.
• Maintain an active and unrestricted Wyoming/Any USA State CPA licence.
• Review and supervise accounting, tax and financial-reporting engagements.
• Sign CPA reports, tax filings and professional documents where legally permitted.
• Establish and maintain the firm’s quality-management and professional-compliance system.
• Ensure compliance with Wyoming/Any USA State Board of Certified Public Accountants requirements.
• Oversee client acceptance, engagement letters and professional-risk assessments.
• Supervise accounting staff, bookkeepers and tax professionals.
• Review financial statements, tax returns and client deliverables.
• Manage professional independence, ethics and confidentiality requirements.
• Support peer-review enrolment and compliance where applicable.
• Participate in online meetings with clients.
• Assist with developing accounting, tax, advisory and assurance services.
• Maintain professional records and respond to regulatory or Board communications.
Required Qualifications
• Active Wyoming/Any USA State CPA licence in good standing.
• Minimum three years of public-accounting or professional accounting experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, federal taxation and professional accounting standards.
• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, tax preparation, payroll and financial reporting.
• Experience with CPA-firm compliance and peer review is preferred.
• Ability to supervise and review work performed by remote accounting teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable attending online client meetings.
• No current disciplinary restrictions or unresolved regulatory matters.
• Willingness to act as a genuine equity partner with professional responsibility.
