Job ID: 40194960

Budget: $30 – $250 AUD

Please answer the below questions as otherwise your proposal will not be looked into.

1. Are you an licensed Australian tax professional? If No, please dont apply for this project.
2. Did you read the below. What is your feedback?
3. Please give a clear price suggestion. I am not a friend of saying 20 Dollars and than quoting 800. So please be realistic. Obviously I am providing as much information below as I can so that I believe a realistic quote can be given.
4. Do you have any questions?

I need a licensed Australian tax professional to prepare and lodge my current-year return through myGov or the ATO electronic portal.

We are a couple that need our tax returns to be done. The returns would be the following:

1. Sole Trader/Cabinet Maker: All income and expenses are in Quickbooks. We have a bookkeeper who does our BAS so that is covered. The income and expenses are straight forward, and as mentioned, in Quickbooks. There are NO employees. Just occassionally invoices by other soletraders who have helped with installation. So its basically the income from the installations, Car expenses (Loan, Petrol, Insurance), Tools, Material, sometimes invoices from other sole traders. No Super, no employees.
2. I am employed with a fixed income so here its the monthly income and the company pays my super and I have ticked that the maximum in tax is deducted so that I get money back at the end of the year which usually helped cover the tax my partner had to pay. Income was 48.000 but it was not always paid in time so I would provide you with a summary of what was paid in 2024/2025
3. A small business (an online toy store). There are not many sales (unfortunately). The loss, I believe, is higher than the income. Because there is hardly any income and no BAS to be paid this is not in Quickbooks. However it is all in my Westpac account. Money going in is income and money going out is expense. Expenses are once in a while Office stuff, than I pay a storage unit. At the moment I am not sure if there was any extra expense. This small business is in both our names so has to go 50/50 into the tax return. I did have one payment as I sold a domain I had secured.
