Experienced Tax Filing Specialist Needed for Accounting Services
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
We are seeking an experienced tax filing specialist to assist with our accounting services. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of tax regulations and experience in preparing and filing tax returns. Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines are crucial. You will work closely with our team to ensure compliance and accuracy in all filings. I would like to share the accounting and tax services we are seeking for our companies. Instead of fees, please find the service details below.
We have two companies:
Company 1 (DE company)
Company 2 (recently established in California, CA)
1. Company 1 – Tax Returns & Payroll Services
Preparation of company and personal tax returns
Foreign company disclosures and required filings
Foreign bank account reporting (FBAR)
Payroll and related tax filings
2. Company 2 – California Tax Returns
Preparation of the annual tax return for the CA LLC
Evaluation of income and expenses in profit & loss format
3. 2023 Amended Tax Returns
The 2023 tax returns prepared by our previous accountant contained errors and need correction
We are requesting proposals from our new accountant to handle these corrections
Once financials are provided, necessary amendments and filings will be completed
If the 2023 tax returns were filed electronically, the amendments can also be filed electronically
4. Monthly Accounting Services (Optional, if agreed)
Regular tracking of company income and expenses
Monthly monitoring of bank and credit card accounts
Quarterly sales tax filings and monthly sales tax deposits if applicable
Additional services (monthly payroll, year-end tax returns, business license, statement of information, tax consulting, etc.) will be quoted separately
5. Company 2 – Address Change
Filing notifications to Federal and State authorities
Changes to company bank accounts are the responsibility of the client
Additional Note:
Please note that after the work is completed with the selected accountant, we may have the records independently reviewed by a second accountant for verification purposes. This is simply to ensure accuracy and proper compliance, and is a standard internal practice.
