Experienced Freelance Bookkeeper/Accountant Required

We are looking for an experienced freelance bookkeeper/accountant to assist with a growing portfolio of clients.

The role will include:

* Bookkeeping for multiple companies
* Preparation of year-end accounts
* Self Assessment tax returns
* Corporation Tax returns
* VAT returns
* Bank reconciliations
* Management accounts (where required)
* General accounting and compliance work
* Liaising with clients regarding accounting records and queries

Requirements:

* Previous experience in UK bookkeeping and accounting
* Good knowledge of UK tax and accounting regulations
* Experience with accounting software such as IRIS, Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, or similar
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
