My California state return ( personal and business tax return fit ca and federal ) needs to be prepared and e-filed this season by a U.S.–based professional who keeps up with the latest FTB rules. I will supply every supporting document—W-2s, 1099s, prior-year returns, and any schedules you ask for—through a secure portal.
I also want you to work with irs/ca as they didn’t close and asked me tax return for 2021 for old corporation. I registered a new parent corporation/ filed all/ including $800 ftb taxes for $0 income ccorp all years. You may need to call them and clarify. I sent final return for old corporation in 2o and started filing for new corp from 21 onwards. It seems they didn’t close old.
