The business is a small startup with very low transaction volume and no sales to date, so the bookkeeping and tax affairs are straightforward.
Services required:
* Review my bookkeeping records.
* Prepare and lodge outstanding BAS (if required).
* Prepare annual financial statements.
* Prepare and lodge the company income tax return.
* Advise if there are any compliance issues or lodgements I have overlooked.
* Ideally provide ongoing annual accounting support.
Business details:
* Australian Pty Ltd company.
* Very small number of transactions.
* Records are maintained in Excel and supported by bank statements and receipts.
* No payroll.
* No complex assets or inventory.
* Looking for a fixed-fee quote where possible.
