Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I run ABL Accounting, LLC and need an experienced tax pro to take my small-business books and turn them into a clean, compliant Form 1120 ready for filing. The focus is strictly tax preparation—bookkeeping and broader consulting are handled in-house—so I’m looking for someone who can:
• Review last year’s return and current financials
• Flag any red-flags or missing schedules early
• Prepare the full Form 1120 package with all required statements and supporting workpapers
• Provide an e-file-ready PDF plus the source file from your tax software
Acceptance criteria
1. The final Form 1120 balances to my trial balance and ties out to supporting schedules.
2. All entries reflect current IRS guidance for small C-corporations.
3. Delivery of the completed return, workpapers, and a brief summary of any planning opportunities identified.
I use QuickBooks Online, so familiarity with that platform will speed up data pulls, but I can export into Excel if you prefer. Target completion: two weeks from award so we have cushion before the deadline. Let me know your preferred tax software and any questions about the books, and we can get started right away.
