Senior Tax Consultant (EU preferred)

Looking for a senior tax consultant/lawyer or accountant for some advice.
I'm planning to incorporate a new offshore company. Not sure where to incorporate exactly, I have some certain options that I prefer based on tax rates, but also other important things need to take in account.
- How strong and flexible the economy is
- Less paperwork, less headache running the business (for example Switzerland might be an option but not sure how difficult it is for foreigners to incorporate a company in the Swiss)
- It's an internet company where its clients will be everywhere in the world, mostly the US expected.
