Income tax rectification - India Only

Hi,
For AY 20-21, my HRA has been not considered while tax computation (ITR 2). Hence there is a tax demand.
I have paid the tax and filed rectification 2 times, but not getting considered.. maybe because of the new IT portal.
The tax is to file the rectification and get the tax paid as a refund.
