Foreign Income Tax for Expat in Italy

Job ID: 36525569

Budget: €30 – €250 EUR

I am looking for a tax consultation and an answer to a specific question.
I am a self-employed Hungarian (EU) national who has a company in Canada. I pay tax on the dividends from that company in Hungary. I would like to move to Italy, Milan possibly, and I'd like to rent an apartment for one year there. I'd like a consultation to find out if I have to tax my foreign income in Italy, or can keep taxing in Hungary.
If yes, what % do I have to pay? Is there a way of not having to pay taxes in Italy? (ex. secondary residence, etc.)
I will be traveling a lot anyway but just wanted my base, and an apartment, to be in Italy without becoming a tax resident there.
