Cross Border (Canada- US) Business Consultants

We are a new foreign-owned (Canadian) US-based LLC in the hospitality business looking to operate short-term and medium-term rentals. We are looking for a consultant who can advise us on the best practices to operate our business, and more importantly someone who can help us with tax planning and help us pay the least amount of taxes as possible on both sides of the border. Also, someone who can advise us on the best ways to get business credit in the US.
