I am a UK citizen. In 2022 I spent 5 months working as an actress in Hollywood working under a O1 visa. I earned $US80k. During this time I applied for an ITIN .. this was issued towards the end of the period. However my pre ITIN payslips have incurred witholding tax under an unfamiliar number P22-00-0257 ?not ITIN, not SSN? and I want to reclaim some of this tax. I dont knowo what to write in the 1040NR. Help!
