Small Business Quarterly Tax Filing

I run a small business and need an experienced accountant / auditor to take full charge of our upcoming quarterly tax return as well as the MCA DPT-3 filing. At the moment I do not have every supporting document neatly in place, so the engagement begins with helping me identify, request and organise whatever bank statements, invoices, ledgers or other evidence you will require.

Once the paperwork is in order, I expect you to prepare, review and file the quarterly income-tax return accurately, then complete and submit the DPT-3 form within the statutory deadline, making sure all disclosures are compliant. Please handle e-verification and respond to any portal notices that may arise until the filing is formally acknowledged.

• Clean, reconciled working papers ready for inspection
• Successfully filed quarterly tax return with acknowledgement receipt
• Successfully filed DPT-3 with MCA confirmation

I normally use Tally for bookkeeping but am open to any standard software that streamlines the process as long as the final filings meet Indian tax and MCA standards.
