Singapore Statutory Filing Assistance
Budget: $50 – $80 SGD
Our Singapore-incorporated company has just completed its first year with fewer than 30 straightforward revenue and expense entries. I need an experienced accountant who knows ACRA and IRAS requirements inside-out to step in and make sure everything is in perfect order before we lodge.
The immediate focus is on reviewing and classifying the accounts so they map cleanly to Singapore Accounting Standards. Once the chart and balances are confirmed, I will rely on you to carry the numbers through to a full set of financial statements, the Director’s Statement and the XBRL file that ACRA now requires. Because the records are simple and transactions minimal, I expect the work to be light on data entry and heavy on getting the statutory presentation exactly right.
I am not tied to QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB or any other bookkeeping platform—what matters is that the final deliverables satisfy ACRA’s XBRL template and meet IRAS annual filing rules.
Deliverables I will sign off on:
• Adjusted trial balance with supporting journal entries
• Complete financial statements and notes in accordance with Singapore Accounting Standards
• Director’s Statement, ready to be signed
• Validated XBRL file ready for BizFile+ upload
If you have recent experience preparing first-year accounts for small Singapore companies and can turn this around quickly, let’s get started.
