Private Ltd Name Change Filing
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m a director of an existing Indian Private Limited Company and want to change its legal name. The new name is not yet reserved, so the first step is to carry out the MCA name search and secure approval. After that, I’ll need you to prepare and e-file the complete set of ROC documents—MGT-14, INC-24 and the board/shareholder resolutions—until the Registrar issues the fresh Certificate of Incorporation that reflects the new name.
This engagement stops once the Companies Act requirements are fulfilled; I’m not looking for post-change updates such as GST, PAN, bank or other statutory modifications right now.
