Netherlands–Caribbean Accounting Expert Needed
Budget: $10 – $400 USD
DO NOT BID IF NOT REGISTERED IN NETHERLANDS OR DUTCH CARIBBEAN!
I need a registered accountant who is licensed both in the Netherlands and in the Dutch Caribbean to compile my company’s full set of financial statements. For this engagement I am not looking for tax filing or a statutory audit; my immediate priority is accurate, compliant reporting that aligns with regulations in both jurisdictions.
Scope
You will take my raw bookkeeping data (already reconciled) and produce dual-compliant financial statements—Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Cash Flow Statement—reflecting the relevant Dutch GAAP as well as Dutch Caribbean requirements. I will rely on these statements for board review and potential cross-border financing, so consistency between the two frameworks is essential.
Deliverables
• Netherlands-compliant Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement
• Dutch Caribbean-compliant Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement
• A brief reconciliation memo highlighting any material differences in treatment between the two standards
Acceptance Criteria
• Figures tie back to the source ledger without variance.
• Statements meet presentation guidelines of both regulators.
• Final files provided in both PDF (signed) and Excel.
• Delivery within 10 calendar days of receiving the data set.
Please include your registration numbers (AND PROOF OF EXPERIENCE IN THE BID SECTION) for both jurisdictions in your proposal and confirm that you can start immediately once the books are shared.
