Moroccan Car-Sharing Legal Setup

Job ID: 39912236

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I’m preparing to launch a peer-to-peer car-rental mobile app exclusively for the Moroccan market and need a Moroccan law specialist to lock down every legal angle before we go live.

What I expect from our collaboration
• Validate that the platform, its workflows, and all data handling comply with current Moroccan regulation, with particular attention to data protection and privacy rules.
• Advise on—and register if necessary—the optimal legal and tax structure for the company so we start on solid footing.
• Draft and/or refine the full contractual package users will interact with: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and a clear User Agreement that balances owner and renter rights.
• Provide templates or guidance for the day-to-day contracts and operational clauses I’ll need as the service scales (insurance wording, damage liability, late-return fees, etc.).
• Highlight any tax-compliance checkpoints specific to mobility platforms so I can build the right reporting features into the app early.

Success looks like
– Legally sound corporate setup filed and documented.
– Ready-to-publish ToS, Privacy Policy, and User Agreement in both French and Arabic (English draft acceptable for interim review).
– A concise memo outlining ongoing contractual and tax obligations the team must monitor.

If you have proven experience in Moroccan contract law, data privacy, and startup structuring, I’d love to work together and get this venture launched on the right side of the law.
