Inactive GmbH Jahresabschluss Preparation

I am looking for a German-qualified tax accountant to draw up the Jahresabschluss for my GmbH, which remained fully inactive throughout the last financial year. There was no revenue, no expenses beyond the mandatory bank fees, and we do not keep our books in Datev, SAP, or any other system, so you would start from basic bank statements and the prior-year filings I will supply.

Your job is to create an HGB-compliant annual financial statement that is ready to be lodged with both the Bundesanzeiger and the local Finanzamt. Because the company is dormant, I expect the work to be straightforward, yet it still needs to meet all formal requirements, including the abbreviated balance sheet and any required notes.

Deliverables:
• Complete Jahresabschluss PDF (and editable file) in German, compliant with HGB and inactive-company rules
• XBRL or other digital submission file if needed by the Bundesanzeiger
• A short cover letter or email text I can forward to the Finanzamt confirming inactivity and attaching the report
