ICECRM HRMS Customization

I am seeking a skilled and experienced freelancer who has previously worked on ICECRM HRMS software to customize its salary and payroll management modules. The objective is to tailor the system to align with our organization’s payroll policies, tax regulations, and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Review our current ICECRM HRMS setup and identify required customizations.

Customize and implement the following features:

Salary structure configuration (CTC, basic, allowances, deductions)

Automated payroll processing

Attendance and leave integration

Statutory compliance handling (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.)

Payslip generation and export (PDF/Excel)

Payroll reports and MIS

Ensure accurate and secure payroll calculations.

Provide brief documentation and training for HR/admin users.

Address and resolve any bugs or issues during testing.

Required Skills:

Proven experience customizing ICECRM HRMS software (mandatory)

Strong knowledge of PHP and MySQL

Understanding of payroll systems and Indian compliance

Ability to write clean, efficient, and secure code

Good communication and timely delivery

Only candidates with prior hands-on experience in ICECRM HRMS customization will be considered.
