Hiring Experienced Accountant (India) | Long-Term Opportunity
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need an experienced accountant to work with me full-time at my Chartered Accountancy firm in Indore. The role calls for someone who can independently own the complete accounting cycle for multiple client files handled by our practice.
Day-to-day, you will be:
• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date bookkeeping records in Tally, Excel and, where required, cloud platforms such as Zoho Books.
• Preparing and filing all periodic GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, annual) and reconciling ledgers to the portal data.
• Drafting income-tax computations, TDS workings and supporting documents for assessment or scrutiny notices.
• Compiling monthly management accounts and finalising annual financial statements ready for audit and partner review.
• Liaising with clients to collect source documents, clarifying discrepancies and keeping them informed of statutory due dates.
Because we are an accounting firm rather than a single-industry business, you will touch a variety of client sectors, so versatility and the ability to switch contexts quickly are important.
