I’m Huong from Simple Group. My company is looking for a freelance accountant to help us do the monthly and annual settlement accounting. Here is the detailed job description.
A, Monthly accounting
To create and submit the documents, and dossier in line with the law to Tax Department
To guide us to create the invoices and dossier in line with the law
To create and submit monthly/quarterly tax reports
To print Receipts according to the original papers of the company
To arrange and make the monthly documents for the book-keeping purpose
To complete and print accounting books in line with the law.
To consult for issues relating to taxes, and labor in the required case
B, Annual settlement
To create tax settlements, and financial reports and submit them to competent authorities.
To create and submit the statistic reports
To register the dossiers for the new fiscal year
To support the audit company
C, Declaration of employee and register Social Insurance/Health Insurance/ Unemployment Insurance.
About Simple Group, we are a start-up from Singapore founded by three founders, with the aim to bring small and medium businesses in Singapore to other countries around the world. The company has many activities such as organizing exhibitions and organizing business trips from Singapore to meet businesses in Vietnam. The company has just established a company in Vietnam in May. So right now, we are looking for a freelancing accounting to help us with the accounting job as I mentioned above.
