Foreigner llc
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Hello i would like with my Italian partner to buy an llc that has currently 2 us owners , and me and my Italian partner will be the 2 next foreigners owners.
It is now doing the 1065 form ,
And I would like to know if we will buy it anyone can help us doing the proper tax paperwork’s and how much will it cost.
The company is currently not doing any business , but has bank account and in future we will use it to manage and Organize events outside usa.
Please let me know in which way we can get help and be legit and properly set to avoid tax problems in usa.
