Key Tasks:

- Research and navigate through the process of establishing an Equity REIT in the USA.
- Special focus on suburbs, as that's my targeted geographical region.
- Identify the steps to take maximum benefit of the tax advantages tied to Equity REITs.
- Identify TAX payouts of a REIT when a property is sold by the identity.
-WHAT other TAXABLE/LIABILITIES is a REIT accountable.

2.
- Research and navigate through the process of establishing AND/OR purchasing a Public Company in Canada Stock Exchange

Ideal Candidate:
You should have a proficient understanding of Real Estate Investment Trusts, particularly Equity REITs in the USA... and Canada.

Your expertise should include knowledge of tax benefits and legal requirements pertaining to REITs establishment. Experience with suburban real estate markets would be a plus.
