I need a tattoo designer for completion of a sleeve -- 2

I’m looking to have a design made for my upper arm. I have a tattoo of the Santa Monica pier and I would like it to go into outer space. I would also like my three cats to be astronauts in the piece as well! I’ve attached my inspo photos as well as photos of my cats and my California sleeve!
