I need a tattoo artist

My boyfriend and I are looking for a ratio artist to do matching tattoos on my wrist and his forearm. And also be willing to either travel to our house in Orting or meet at a shop if you have one. I did attach a picture of what we would like. I look forward to hearing from you :-)
