Im just looking for a new tattoo from an independent tattoo artist who works out of his garage or something. Someone who doesn't charge the earth. Im not too fussy

Looking for some cool tatts. Ive only ever done my own with stick and poke. Obviously id rather not have terrible tatts but if theres someone who isnt going to charge loads- maybe they need more people to practice on.
