Realistic Animal Tattoo Design

I'm looking for a talented tattoo artist, I’m looking to add onto my existing forearm tattoo and wanted to see if this is something you can do. I want to keep all of my current tattoos. I’m not looking for a cover-up, but I’m totally okay if you need to refine or clean up the arrow/lines so everything flows together better. I’d like to add a realistic wolf head (similar to the 2 wolf references uploaded) that blends into the bottom of my arrow, so the wolf and arrow connect naturally. The arrow should still be recognizable, just integrated with the wolf. I also want a few small birds flying upward around the dots near my wrist to tie everything in. Overall style: realistic, masculine shading, slightly heavier black, smooth flow with my existing tattoos. If you’re able to, could you sketch a mock-up on my forearm photo so we can get the placement perfect?
