Need a tattoo artist.

So my nationality is American, Chilean, and Dutch. I have a tattoo idea where I have the bald eagle (animal of USA) Lion (animal of the netherlands) and an andean condor (bird of Chile). I want these all kind of put together in a way where there can also be the head of a Carnation (my birth flower) in the middle. thank you!
