Looking for an artist

I’d like something designed for a tattoo. I’d like it to have a Queen’s Crown with jewels and a frog inside the crown, also would like the crown to look like it’s on water and floating on a lily pad. Anything else nature wise you’d think would fit in I’d be happy to see it.
