I need a clean, hand-drawn tattoo design of a chibi Blue-Eyes White Dragon perched on a retro CRT television—the old-school kind with visible knobs and dials. The entire scene must read well at 5 × 5 cm and stay strictly black-and-white.
Please give the little dragon some fun, unique textures or patterns on its scales so the line work feels lively even without colour. Soft, cloud-like smoke should encircle the whole composition, framing the TV and dragon in a gentle swirl.
No AI or generative tools are allowed; I’m after an original illustration done either on paper or with traditional digital brushes.
