Tamil Recording Project （students prefer）（need many freelancers）

Thanks you are interesting in our project. About this project, requirments are as follows:
1. Tamil Native Speaker.
2. Good at communition.
3. Do have a smartphone and know how to use it well.
How many participants we need:
1. Recorders (500+）: Doing voice recording (1000 short sentences) on app by phone.
2. Project Managers(10+): Find Recorders, translators, and annotators. （Highest paid）
3. Annotators（10+): Good at Tamil and work hard.
