Evening Tamil/Bengali Female Telepromoter
Budget: ₹7,000 – ₹8,000 INR
I operate an online grocery service that supplies foreign workers in Singapore with everyday staples such as rice, oil, soap and other essentials. I’m looking for a fluent Tamil or Bengali speaker who can spend weekday evenings—Monday through Friday, 7 pm–10 pm SGT—calling these workers and walking them step-by-step through our simple online ordering process.
What you’ll actually do is straightforward: use the contact lists and script I provide, place the calls, explain how to choose items and complete payment, and gently encourage them to finalise the order. Because the conversation happens in their mother tongue, either Tamil or Bengali is perfectly acceptable; if you speak both, that’s an added advantage.
Compensation is a fixed ₹7,000 per month plus an incentive of ₹70 for every successful order you help to close. Training, product details and ongoing support are included. A stable internet connection, quiet workspace and the confidence to talk clearly on the phone are the only technical requirements.
Deliverables I’ll expect from you
• Nightly call log with duration and outcome
• Record of orders placed during your shift (to calculate incentives)
• Brief weekly summary of common questions or issues customers raise
