Project Manager

The presentation should include:

List of searching terms\criteria and filtration terms\criteria that you will use to search for candidates?
Summary of criteria to filter resumes, and why?
A sample of 10 relevant profiles per vacancy, and reasons why you qualified/disqualified them
Sourcing channels used, or you could potentially use (if you did not have access to some)
List your criteria of screening and describe what questions you will use to evaluate each criteria
Draft a rejection email to a candidate
Out of the 10 CVs per vacancy, please choose three CVs that will be shared with the hiring manager
