I’m expanding our internal TA team and need up to ten skilled recruiters who can jump straight into an active hiring pipeline. Proven experience in recruitment is non-negotiable; show me a track record of closing roles, managing candidates through an ATS, and partnering with hiring managers from intake to offer.

What you’ll handle
• Full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
• Roles spanning multiple sectors—technology, healthcare, finance, and other corporate functions—so adaptability is key
• Daily reporting in our recruitment software (LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, or similar)
• Candidate experience and stakeholder communication at a high standard
