Vendor Management Executive for our Client: On Contract for 6-9 months, Pune location
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR

Job Description:
-To be able to support exponential growth over the years, Medline is expanding in Pune. We have
immediate need of a Vendor Management System Coordinator with the below requirements.
Some of the responsibilities are:
Interacting with Vendors and coordinate all vendor management tasks.
Perform as functional bridge amongst external vendors as well as internal stakeholders.
Ensure to track, measure, report and evaluate vendor performance.
Monitor contractual agreements for all Vendors.
To prepare / update / renew the Vendor Contracts like SOW’s and MSA’s.
To maintain the contractor headcount data.
Follow-up with the stakeholders to renew the SOW’s of the contractors.
Responsible for supporting a team of Recruiters.
Maintaining Recruitment-related Data, Trackers & Reports, and presenting analysis whenever is
required.
Coordinating with the prospective candidates and carry them through interviews and related
processes.
Ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Skills / Experience:
2-3 years of experience in Recruitment coordination and Vendor Management.
Previous experience in a Talent Acquisition or Human Resources environment.
Should be very good in maintaining records and reports. Very good experience in MS Excel is
required.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word & PowerPoint.
Ability to build rapport with the management team and staff.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Self-motivated with an ability to handle multiple priorities in an efficient manner.
Location: Work from home immediately until pandemic, post-pandemic to work out of office location from Shivajinagar, Pune.
