Urgent Technical Recruiter For Engineers
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need an experienced technical recruiter who can immediately jump in and find top-tier Software Engineers as well as AI/ML talent across both India and the United States. The goal is to move fast: build qualified pipelines, set up interviews, and help us close hires without sacrificing fit or quality.
What the work looks like
I’ll rely on you to source actively and passively—LinkedIn, GitHub, alumni networks, referrals, whatever works—then screen for deep skills in Python, JavaScript, cloud platforms, data engineering, large-language-model work, and adjacent stacks. You’ll coordinate calendars, keep every candidate informed, and push offers across the finish line. Clear communication with our hiring managers is essential so we always know pipeline status and blockers.
Engagement style
I’m flexible: freelance, contract, part-time, or commission-based structures all work as long as you can deliver quickly. If you already have warm leads in either geography, even better. Expect rapid feedback and quick turnarounds from my side; I want the first qualified profiles landing in my inbox within days, not weeks.
Deliverables
• A steady stream of vetted candidates segmented by role and location
• Interview scheduling and follow-up notes in our chosen ATS or shared tracker
• Status reports highlighting pipeline health, outreach metrics, and next actions
