I need a sourcing partner who can independently attract and shortlist talent for an Turkish Logistic Expert. Your mission is to launch and manage Meta and Google Ads from your own ad accounts, combine that traffic with hands-on LinkedIn research, and hand me a clean Excel sheet containing at least 50 candidates

Scope of work
– Set up and optimise paid campaigns (Meta + Google Ads).
– Conduct LinkedIn searches to enrich the funnel.
– Screen every lead against the criteria above.
– Deliver the final Excel list, complete with contact details and a brief note on how each candidate meets the requirements.

Practical details
• Campaign spend comes from my budget; I will reimburse that separately.
• Your fee for the sourcing and shortlisting effort is €300, payable on acceptance of the qualified list.
• Familiarity with the Turkish talent market is highly valued and will help you hit the numbers faster.


Anything outside these parameters should already be filtered out by you; my team will handle the subsequent outreach and interviews.
